It might not necessarily be obvious how taking photographs from an elevated angle can work for you. But if you are after a view which will appeal, there is a lot to recommend the oblique angles available.

I am sure you have seen vacant land offered for sale, with a photo showing a footpath and grass! Wow, how (un)attractive!  It is a breeze for me to instead show the whole block of land with a nice perspective back to the far boundaries, and in post-production, I can easily add in graphics showing dimensions, compass rose, and even pointers to nearest shops, transport etc. So the viewer can readily grasp the real benefits of the block of land, providing the seller with focused buyers who are not going to be disappointed when they see the property first hand.
 
 
 
Similarly, if you are a property developer, you might have many different uses for my camera work. 
 
  • In the design/DA stages, you can provide the architect with quality elevated images of the site, which can then be used as a basis for 3D rendering.
 
  • You can facilitate off the plan sales by commissioning balcony shots, panoramas from proposed balconies or windows on high rise buildings as high as 20 storeys for use in marketing material.
 
  • You can help satisfy the requirements of finance providers with progress shots of construction.

I use a wireless video downlink with all the platforms, so you can view the potential shot on the LCD monitor, to be sure that the image captures exactly what you hoped for, before I pull the trigger.
